| Something else is messed up, the vacuum port on the top of the EGR isn't connected to any manifold or exhaust pressure. It just receives pressure signals and actuates the valve. There shouldn't be any air dumping out of it. When I delete the EGR I just leave the vac line off without plugging the hole on the EGR, never had any leakage issues. Sounds like something else is loose down there. Or the Diaghpram is blown and leaking out of the EGR. And yes I would imagine that could be bad depending if its coming from the intake, exhaust probably not so much.
